Passing through and hungry we stopped at the Ameristar, was told on Friday, Saturday and Sunday we could not park on the hill. We went to the RV park located in Lucy Bryson and the lady said we could park in the over flow lot to go eat and gamble but couldn't stay overnight. Shuttle was available after waiting 30 minutes. One shuttle only. The casino was nice and the dining at Bellas with a view of the Mississippi was enjoyable. Would love to spend more time here again.

This is now the Ameristar Casino RV Park. There are reviews on this web site but it is not marked correctly on the map and so reviews are hard to access. Very nice RV park with hook-ups and dry camping in the open lot adjacent. Do NOT try to park in the regular casino parking lot or Any of the casino lots along the river, access for RV's would be Very difficult - RV park is across street on Lucy Bryson St. - 32.316297,-90.896995

For $29 a night we got no cable without putting down a deposit for a cable box. Got more channels with antenna. Wi-Fi was pretty much non existent. Had to walk all the way to the hotel lobby to get a key for laundry. Machines were down and the ones working were tight. We arrived at 5:30 pm. Probably would not stay here again.

The former Isle of Capri Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana is now Diamond Jack's. RV Park is still the same. It is lit up brightly at night and it is real close to the railroad tracks. We've stayed there numerous times. Every time we're in town we always hit Nanking's Restaurant for the best Chinese food we've ever found. It's on Milam Street in downtown

We stayed at the Isle of Capri RV park for a few days last year. It's a nice little park, about 30 spaces, full hookup, 30 and 50 amp. The only problem is that it's right next to the train track! When a train comes through it sounds like it's going to run right through the park!
